Then what is your payment terms
• FCA (Incoterms2020)
The buyer pays for the goods upon loading into the delivered vehicle, upon providing scanned copies of customs documents, as well as a photo and video report from the loading.
• DAP (Incoterms2020)
The buyer makes a 30% advance payment. We load products into a vehicle, send a photo and video report from production, as well as vehicle loading. The vehicle crosses the state border of Ukraine and when passing the European border, the truck receives a EUR1 certificate, a scanned copy is sent to the buyer, the truck arrives at the consignee, but it is not unloaded without a balance payment from the buyer.
• FOB; CIF / CFR (Incoterms2020)
The buyer makes an advance payment of 30%. We immerse the products in transport, send a photo and video report from the production, as well as loading the car. We provide a scan of a copy of customs documents, the goods are sent to the port of loading with the further issuance of a bill of lading. The buyer pays the balance payment after providing a scanned copy of the original bill of lading.
I want to get prices in conditions DAP; CIF/CFR
We initially provide prices on conditions FCA and FOB. To understand our price level. If you are satisfied with our price range and want to receive prices with delivery. You need to send a LOI (letter of intent) on company letterhead, signed and stamped.
I want to discuss long-term cooperation
We are always looking for a long-term partnership. But it all starts with the first step. Long-term cooperation does not affect the cost of products.
I want to sign one year contract
Our contract is for a year, it consists of specifications (additional agreements), which indicate the quantity of the order, price, terms of delivery, delivery time. The price is fixed only for the quantity written in the specification.
I want to get bottle prices in tons
Unfortunately, we do not sell bottles in tons! We sell the bottle per unit.
I want the best price
We always offer the best prices according to market situations. The price can only be affected by market quotes.
I want order Private Label
Yes we can produce Private Label. MOQ (minimum quantity order) three trucks or three containers for ordering a private label. Also, the buyer must make an advance payment of 30%.
I want to ask if the commission included in the price
The price dies not include any commissions. We are focused on cooperation with direct importers.
Can I be your representative
You can become our distributor! Import our products to your country and sell them in large and small wholesale. But only employees of our company have the right to negotiate on our behalf. We do not give anyone the authority to negotiate for us.
What is the maximum amount you can provide
• For bottled refined sunflower oil, we can provide up to ten trucks or containers per month for one importer.
• For crude sunflower oil or soybean oil, the volume is from 24 tons to 450 tons per month for one importer.
• For sunflower and soybean meal, volume from 50 tons to ship’s norms.
